Ongoing Research
Hypertension Canada initiated research:
- Hypertension Canada initiated research: Hypertension Canada, through the Outcomes Research Task Force of CHEP has been instrumental in examining the impact of its efforts on hypertension management and hypertension control rates as well as the hypertension-related complication rates.
- Since its inception, Hypertension Canada has been a leader in the support of junior investigators in hypertension/vascular biology. Hypertension Canada in partnership with a number of other granting agencies including CIHR and HSF has supported both predoctoral and postdoctoral trainees. See below for details regarding current grant competitions.
